Achilles Tendon Rupture Calf Exam

Diagnose and evaluate for an acute rupture of the Achilles tendon by doing a calf squeeze test, also know as the Thompson Test. Dr. Gennady Kolodenker is a Sports Medicine Podiatrist in Orange County. When the foot does not move at the ankle with squeezing of the calf the Thompson Test is Positive.
